Good proof-of-concept, not a how-to flourish book
This book wasn't exactly what I expected. I thought it would be more of a how-to for flourishing, but it is really a proof-of-concept book providing evidence for positive psychology with some how-to tips sprinkled in. I think it would be better in physical book form, which would be easier for looking up data points or evidence. For what it is, rather than what I expected, it was very good. The narrator, however, is not the best.
