The book was pretty good and I really enjoyed it! You get to know another perspective on so many topics and 'hard work' becomes refined. Before listening to Grid, I had a vague imagination about giving your best, after reading I have a clear vision of what it really meants. Therefore I recommend this if you are a student or if you don't know how exactly you think about hard work. You also learn to distinguish people who just talk and people who are giving their best - but in a good way!

Ein sehr gelungenes Werk. Es ist, wie sie selbst sagt "Als würde sie Dich auf einen Kaffee treffen und Dir alles erzählen, was sie weiß." Klassisch amerikanisch im Sinne von etwas zu vielen Fallbeispielen/Geschichten. Aber dennoch mit "sehr gut" zu bewerten.

I was before I read your book in what I would describe a dark abyss defeated and with a lack of girt to power through.Your book gave be hope when I had non . This book gives a very good overview of what grit is and what it does with respect to the achievement of goals. For the Patent as welll as for the Sportsmann or manager, what Angela Duckworth explains is important for having a more successful Life.
