Am relevantesten
Althoug the reader lisps, after a while you don't notice it anymore. The story is interesting enough to keep you going and forgive some lacks of logic in the plot and character's personalities. However, I'm not sure I can continue to read a book where a fae, the high lord at that, explains that the summer solistice is when days and nights are equal - that is sooo wrong, it really borders stupidity. I'm sorry. But I cannot support this. Not in the days of internet. Research is really not that hard...

I really liked the story, but I couldn’t really get over how the narrator spoke the male characters, it took me out of the story. But I suppose that would always be hard for a female narrator

Die Geschichte an sich ist süß. Aber ich konnte mich mit den Hauptcharakteren einfach nicht anfreunden.
Noch nicht mal dass sie unsympathisch waren.
Eher konnte ich ihre Handlungen oft nicht nachvollziehen. Die Wandlung ihrer Gefühle im Verlauf des Buches waren meines Erachtens nach nicht wirklich erklärt und somit hat die Autorin den Leser etwas außen vor gelassen und (mir) damit die Chance genommen mich in die Personen hineinzuversetzen.
Die Stimme der Vorleserin mit der Sie die Hauptfigur spricht war mir persönlich unsympathisch. Das hat nicht dazu beigetragen die Figur mehr zu mögen.

Great storyline filled with intrigue, magic, romance, sex and fairytales. Pure escapism for a rainy weekend.
