Loved it!!!

2.75 stars. In short, I didn't like it. I also think I'm done with romantic comedy Audiobooks.

What I did like though was the narrator Nicole Blessing, she did a really fine job especially with the accents.

So, why didn't I like it? First of all, I think all the characters were a blur, there were so many of them that I didn't feel that the mains had enough space to develop. And moreover, I didn't think the mains were particularly likeable. I think Fiona was very immature. And Lizzie? I just couldn't grasp her.

Second, I think I'm allergic to meddlesome family members and especially traditionnal ones as the McElroys.

And last but not least, I didn't think the book was particularly funny or amusing. To me it felt very much constructed. I maybe expected something completely different based on the other reviews. Sorry, I was just not my cup of tea...
