This audiobook ist very good and it's the original book with Philip Pullman as reader.

I dimly remember this book from my childhood. today I can't believe the amount of death this it contains, but that was already the same in the first book. I wonder if it's a bit much for a children's book, but maybe it's not exactly for children but young teens. Voice acting's still lightning fast but maybe not quite as hectic as in the first one.

The brutality is what stood out to me the most.
