King already knew in the mid-nineties that there was going to be a Rambo IV in which John has to fight a bunch of drug dealers. It was actually Rambo V but nevertheless....

Did you realize that King is a real fortune teller

This book is way too long. Not one of King's best but it has some memorable characters and definitely an interesting plot. The narrator is great as well
