The last syllable of many sentences are just clipped off. Really irritating. Performance of narrator is great though

The book itself was okay. Maybe I didn’t get the plot to understand the hype, but that’s me. Unfortunately now I understand one other review that said, word endings were cut off in the audio, and yes they were and yes, this was kind of annoying. Besides that, the performance was great.

This is one of the older books of Stephen King where the suspense is high but it is really boring. I am really curious how they managed to make a movie out of it. This is definitely not a classic Stephen King story, no wonder he wrote it under an alias by then.
