Great introduction into mindfulness

While learning about mindfulness you get to practice it very early on throughout the audio book.

The voice is very southing and the content is very helpful. The guided meditations at the end are a part of my daily routines now. Thank you for this excellent audio book. I enjoyed every minute of it.
