Dieses Buch fasst sehr knapp und verständlich wesentliche Eckpunkte des vertretenen Führungsstils zusammen. Hierin liegt gleichzeitig seine größte Stärke und gleichzeitig Schwäche. Je kompakter das Buch und je gewichtiger die Kernaussagen, desto häufiger muss man es sich zu Gemüte führen, um es zu verinnerlichen. Dies sehe ich jedoch aufgrund des narrativen Stils nicht für mich kommen. Am Ende bleibt es also wahrscheinlich bei einigen guten Tipps.
