The protagonist is fun and the story keeps the good quality throughout the first book. Looking forward to the next part. Narrator is also quite nice :)

Nicht was ich erwartet hatte - die erste Hälfte ist recht eigenwillig, die zweite nimmt die Ergebnisse des ersten Teils und spielt damit auf sehr gute und in-world balancierte Art und weise

Excellent book! The MC is intelligent and the story is unique. I hope there will be a second part soon! You should for sure buy this book.

Quiet Good

The book is decent enough. Unfortunately, the author does not seem to stick to one perspective, instead switching around for convenience. Not my cup of tea.
Additionally, you should not expect to find any Daoism here. Although the author uses the term cultivation and I can see their reasoning, it has little to do with Daoist cultivation.
All in all, I am not sure I will listen to the next book.
