I loved the book the first time I read the paperback and loved it even more as an audiobook. Robinne is the perfect narrator and her feelings break my heart. A true masterpiece ♥️

It’s always a special experience to hear the author tell the story. Robinne Lee does a marvellous job here. To hear all nuances of the story the way she intended it is very special. I love this story, I have a massive respect for Robinne and I encourage everyone to treat themselves to this audio experience that augments the reading of the book.

I normally don't write reviews, but after finishing the audio book in one day my heart is so full & unsettled.
(there are probably gonna be spoilers)

First of all I loved that the author read the book herself, most of all the parts, when she laughed, while giving a voice.

As someone with a fangirl-gene I found this topic very interesting, unsettling and heartbreaking & I hope a loot of people who worship popstars and celebrities will read this book. Our words and actions have power & should be used wisely.

I liked how Solene & Hayes relationship turned from lust to love, even though they didn't loose their passion for each other. I loved how they vibed & laughed together & were with each other.
The book shows art can be seen and created in very different ways & forms.

I watched the movie on prime & I expected a feel-good story but the book is more different, 'dirty', raw, realistic, heartbreaking & unexpected. That's why i didn't see the ending coming. I think the world isn't a very good place and bad things happen every day. So I'm only gonna give 4 stars because I'm a bitch for happy endings & this story doesn't have one. 😅
I really hope there is gonna be a sequel because their story was interesting & when you read a story you become invested and root for the protagonists. You wish them best even though it may be unrealistic.
This book is still art even though it doesn't make me happy finishing it. It's dark & wailing & tortured.
