There are a lot of nuggets in this book. yet after listening through it I noticed that the author also has his mind trap. emphasising on the importance of non ending dedication. I truly enjoyed the techniques and stories he shares but reject his "dogmatic" focus on the one true path he seems to have acquired. Still a very nice book and I can recommend it for everyone who wants to look into meditation and lucid dreaming. also the other book on the lucid dreaming topic by the same author is a good listen.

The book gives a pretty good overview of different mindfulness and meditation practices and also discusses lucid dreaming. I wish the author gave more detailed examples.
