I enjoyed every chapter of this book. It gives you a master class on Menopause (Perimenopause and Postmenopause) and practical advice that can be easily understood and applied. We need to workout smart and hard as we age, but also incorporate recovery routines and proper nutrition to navigate this transition. I follow her in Instagram and incorporated many of her advice in my posts @somos_masqueovarios in Spanish.

This is one of the most helpful books I ever read - it’s like my new training bible.
I have been doing lots of endurance training (training for marathons) and was wondering why I didn’t lose any weight. Not a single gram would leave my body. Then I read “Next Level”, where Dr Stacy Sims explains why you need to change your way of training when you’re an older woman. So I did and started noticing changes in my body after only a few weeks!
