A great resource for everyone just starting
A really great resource of information, just saving you from race experience ruining mistakes.
I think it is great for some with NO prior experience but with some experience and some other literature on ultrarunning consumed there is really nothing new. So I assume I had the wrong expectations. Great collection, and superb speaker!

Hal gives all of his knowledge and experience to you concerning all aspects such as training, nutrition, equipment etc etc for all possible circumstances and possible problems. It’s a complete guide I will certainly hear at least once more.
