One of the best books I have read / heard in the past years. Especially the part about the development of the semiconductor industry and its modern products is unique. Thanks to the authors.

Das Buch besteht gefühlt aus zwei Teilen. Anfangs ist es sehr detailliert mit vielen interessanten Geschichten. Die Zeit nach 1960 wird aber nur sehr knapp angeschnitten mit sehr viel blah blah, ohne Details und ohne persönliche Geschichten. Das Buch ist auch extrem auf die USA fokussiert. Konrad Zuse, der Erfinder des ersten elektronischen Computers wird nicht mal erwähnt.
