Viele Fakten aneinander gereiht. Kein übergreifender Erzählbogen.. Ich könnte aber nicht erklären was die kleine Eiszeit war, nachdem ich das Buch gehört habe.

Kein Gesamtkonzept

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.
Der Autor zitiert namhafte Historiker. Inhaltlich ist alles richtig, ein paar interessante Dinge habe ich gelernt über Schiffbau und Fischerei sowie Wolken in der Malerei. Aber insgesamt hüpft er in der Zeit und geografisch viel zu viel herum, so dass sich kein schlüssiges Bild ergibt. Die Einteilung in Zeitabschnitte ist je nach zitierter Quelle anders, so dass ich im Endeffekt nicht sagen kann, wann jetzt diese kleine Eiszeit eigentlich war. Es ist mehr eine Aneinanderreihung von Fakten, als eine stimmige Erzählung.
