Intended to shock
Reads more like a horror novel than an anthropological piece. Well worth the read, especially this being one of the only books about the atrocities happening at the beginning of so many global supply chains. Good book to start getting into the topic

Don’t ask don’t tell
Unfassbar was alles im Kongo passiert und man bekommt so wenig davon mit
Hätte ich den Author nicht zufällig bei Joe Rogan gehört hätte ich bis heute keine Ahnung
Was mir ein wenig gefehlt hat ist - was kann man dagegen machen?

Brutal reality
