starts kinda boring but a few chapters kn it gets great enough that i am off now to buy the second one :)

great book, weak start

I enjoyed the whole series immensely, especially as it’s a litRPG free of dungeons and monsters and such which made for a nice change. It’s a bit too detail-ey at times and Charles comes off a bit arrogant in the first books but he grows and learns and has some real good tricks up his sleeve. Plus there’s a number of fun characters that make the story very enjoyable.
The series itself is greatly helped by the superb narrator. Neil Hellegers could read the phone book to me and I“d still listen.

Zu repetativ, um die Spannung für ein ganzes Buch, geschweige denn, eine ganze Serie aufrechtzuerhalten. Idee nutzt sich schnell ab. Für ein paar Abende zwischendurch ist es aber ok.

Die Geschichte beginnt gut aber etwas langsam und höhrt verdammt gut auf, defenitiv eine Entfehlung
