I liked the performance, the story was okay but KJ Charles wrote far better books too. I don't like, when criminals become suddenly so very golden good, that makes the character so fake.

Liked the twist, didn't really like the main characters

Beautiful story by a great author! But every audio book stands or falls with the narrator. Although I like Cornel Collins' narrations and his deep voice a lot, I find Jerry, one of the main characters, quite unsympathetic. Alec, on the other hand, has a lovely voice. It was only in the last two chapters that Jerry's voice became softer and more pleasant.
