Great book, average narrator

Loved the whole series when I read it in print so I bought it as audio books as well.
The story of the first book is just the right mixture of fantasy and romance, couldn‘t put it down.
Sadly the issue is the narrator who is just not my cup of tea. I find her narration very dull, it‘s very monotone so it doesn‘t matter if a fight is going on or if it‘s a scene btw the 2 lovers.
With another narrator the audio book would be a 10/10 but sadly it has been let down by the lack of emotions in the narrators version
