Die Art und Weise wie die Autorin ihre eigenen Erfahrungen und die Erkenntnisse aus ihrer Arbeit zusammengeführt hat ist unglaublich inspirierend und einleuchtend. Ich nehme viel mit aus diesem Buch. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der sich mit sich selbst tiefer auseinandersetzen möchte und offen dafür ist einige gesellschaftliche Strukturen kritisch zu hinterfragen. Zum Sprechstil möchte ich ebenfalls ein großes Kompliment an die Autorin aussprechen. Es klang nicht stumpf abgelesen, sondern viel mehr frei gesprochen, ähnlich wie ein Podcast. Sehr fesselnd.
