    Get more of what you HAVE to do done so that you can do more of what you WANT to do!


    I'm sharing some of the things I do to get more done on a weekly basis. So many women think they're "failing" at eating well and exercising regularly because they're lazy or not consistent when the truth is that the majority have so little spare time that it's no wonder they can't get to these things.
