A deep dive into Healthy Living through three key components: Diet, Fitness, and Mental Health
For Project:
Personally, I have adopted a vegan lifestyle and aim to strength train 3-4 times a week. In terms of mental health, I have not personally done much but may consider meditation after researching the benefits of it on the brain.
Tips to exercise more often:
- Set goals
- Set aside a time everyday solely for working out
- Keep it simple and short- short HIIT workouts that have cardio and resistance training works great!
Diet for a day:
- Vegan: Overnight oats; tofu tacos; Aztec bowl with tofu, chickpea, and spinach; vegan protein shake
- Carnivore: Grass fed steak with butter, grass fed burgers with fruit and unpasteurized milk, raw beef liver and heart (cooked or uncooked) drenched in honey
- Keto: Salmon and eggs, pork chops soaked in butter, meat loaf with avocado and a salad drenched in olive oil
