Tuataras all the way up....or what?
A tad too poetic too be realistic, but it fits the universe of thoughts the protagoist moves in.
A little too much pop culture reference (namely Star Wars) for my taste, but it's an appropriate snapshot of the ongoing madness around that franchise.
Good decision to not drop the scientists name, when explaining the title.
The story was first soild, then unexpected and really got to me by the end. Great ending!
Last but not least. Kate Rudd is a great speaker and gave the different characters a voice of their own. Even the male voices.

bisschen dick aufgetragen
vielleicht muss man noch Teenager sein dafür :-)
Die Sprecherin hat mir super gefallen, die Story war ein bisschen langweilig, hatte aber ein paar nette Ideen drin (Star Wars Fan Fiction...)

Einfach super! Nicht nur für Jugendliche.
Es stecken sehr viele Weisheiten darin und gleichzeitig konnte ich in die Welt der Jugendlichen eintauchen. Spannend, zum Teil verstörend und unterhaltsam. Kate Rudd versteht es ohne ihre Stimme lächerlich zu verstellen jeder Person einen unverwechselbaren Charakter zu geben. Deshalb fünf Sterne für dieses Hörbuch!

Lohnt sich wirklich
Ein gutes Buch und gerade auch als Hörbuch zu empfehlen. Ich hab mir das Buch ehrlich gesagt nur wegen John Green gekauft, was eigentlich keine gute Idee ist. In diesem Fall war es jedoch eine, denn "Turtles all the way down" ist ein schöner Roman, der eine wichtige Thematik entstigmatisiert. Danke an John Green und die auch an die angenehme Vorlesestimme von Kate Rudd.
