The book is a collection of books articles etc. on time management and while many of the tips are good and can really help one to get organised, there is too much repetition. We hear at least three times how to set goals and priorities.
Moreover, following all the advice seems to me like guarantee for burn out. The author also underestimates the importance of office gossip and social connections for success. While it is true that one should not spend too much time on the job gossiping, it is not necessarily the colleague who always says "I must get back to work" who is promoted and who develops the best people skills.

Good tips but too much repetition!
