Über diesen Titel

Just like the lonely princess in the fairy tale who was reluctant to lock lips with a warty frog and transform him into a handsome prince, something stops many of us short of attaining our dreams. Our negative thoughts, emotions, and attitudes can threaten to keep us from achieving all that we're capable of. Here best-selling author and speaker Brian Tracy and his daughter, therapist Christina Tracy Stein, provide a set of practical, proven strategies anyone can use to turn those negative frogs into positive princes.

Tracy and Stein present a step-by-step plan that addresses the root causes of negativity, helps you uncover blocks that have become mental obstacles, and shows how you can transform them into stepping-stones to achieve your fullest potential. The audiobook distills, in an accessible and immediately useful form, what Tracy has presented in more than 5,000 talks and seminars with more than five million people in 58 countries and what Stein has learned through thousands of hours of counseling people from all walks of life.

The many powerful techniques and exercises in this audiobook will help you change your mind-set so that you discover something worthwhile in every person and experience, however difficult and challenging they might seem at first. You'll learn how to develop unshakable self-confidence, become your best self, and begin living an extraordinary life.

When quotes on instagram have deeper meaning
when advices from d.trump are better thought through
when the audio is a good as it can get, while talking underwater.
then you should just skip it.

Needs to be said that I have read around a 100 books on personal and business development. however, this is honestly the most unenlightening one.

As an example of many, there was on chapter about forgiveness, he claims that you should forgive everybody everything. and thats just apesh*t dumb. Sure, forgiving is important, holding grudges isn't. it frees you from the past.
Just for one second, imagine you are a kid getting beaten by you drunk dad (or something around those lines, verbal or physical abuse). and then this author comes along and says "nah, thats totally fine, he didn't know any better, just forgive him" like what?
he used something like that in the book, and the dad said "i did never do any wrong" and the author said "I walked away and felt so free" sure, your abusive and ignorant dad will make you feel free.
I had good parents, and I understand that forgiving is possible, but there is a line.
And they don't get any line. It's like Borat making a self help book, without the comedy.

skippable beyond compare
