I hadn't anticipated, though, just how powerful Garyn and her allies were. When the fangs descend and the heads start rolling, it's going to take every friend we have and a nocturne full of vamps at our backs to even the playing field.

Auch der sechste Band der Serie hat mich gut unterhalten. Die Charaktere machen Spaß. Die Bedrohung durch die große Überzahl der Feinde wurde wenig deutlich, sie waren leicht besiegt, dennoch waren auch die Kampfszenen gut geschildert und nett zu lesen. Und es gab wieder Neues in der Welt von Sam zu entdecken. Die Sprecherin ist gut, wie auch schon in den vorherigen Büchern. Für mich eine sehr gelungene Fortsetzung und definitiv den Credit wert.
