Pliability. Ernährungstipps die keinem Schema folgen und wissenschaftlich nicht belegt. Pliability. Fitness Tipps die für Ihn, und ich finde ihn als Sportler fantastisch, funktionieren, jedoch niemals konkret beschrieben oder belegt worden sind. Immer wieder sein Buzzword "Pliability". Von führenden Forschern heißt es sogar: "weiche Muskeln sind tote Muskeln" doch das soll das Ziel sein, wenn man dem glauben schenken darf, was TB12 sich da hat einfallen lassen. Alles in allen sehr enttäuschend.

Marketing, nicht wissenschaftlich belegte Ansätze

However, the concept is not new e.g. he explains to drink a lot of water, stretch regularly etc. the exercises should have been linked to a Weblink or similar but to describe them on detail via audio was frustrating. The book is just too general.
