This usually would be not a problem since the story provides a structure and context.
This is the first book in the series that made me doubt if i skipped a book, or if i missed something from the "Dungeon Annihilation" series..
Unfortunately, the chapters and location- and timeline jumping + the cliffhanger at the end left me unsatisfied and confused.
