I loved every single book she writes and this book series is the masterpiece and I can’t wait for The Syndicater to be in audible

The serie

The female voice actress was amazing!
The story arc, or main mystery, is ok. Though the supposed main quest is thrown by the side to focus on the love story.
It's a relatively tame Mafia Dark Romance, with a strong female main character and a protective but dangerous male lead, who is protective of women and children.
The main characters are developed enough, though the female main character is a bit more developed than the male character.
The tension is off the hook, a nice slow burn.
The spicy scenes are very well done.
It kind of ends abruptly, to tease us to buy the next book in the series, which I did.

In times like this I wonder what more I can say . The book got me from chapter one to the end . So interesting . And I still don’t know why half the characters are the way they are . It feels like as the series goes I will see them better. The performance was very good . The story well written . On my way to the next one .

I really liked the dark atmosphere and the chemistry between Tristan and Morana. However, the story dragged a bit in the middle and felt longer than necessary. Also, Morana makes some decisions that were hard to understand or simply frustrating. It’s a decent start to the series, but it had its flaws.
