In times like this I wonder what more I can say . The book got me from chapter one to the end . So interesting . And I still don’t know why half the characters are the way they are . It feels like as the series goes I will see them better. The performance was very good . The story well written . On my way to the next one .

This book was so incredibly well written with such deep emotions… I am literally speechless. I normally don’t like mafia romance but damn, this has taken that genre to a whole new level. Thank you for writing this so well, I loved it! Onto the next book immediately!

Storyline/Plot - Meh
Suspense - Where?
Cliffhanger - nothing special
Spice - Dull
FMC - riddled with inner monologues that bored me
MMC - run of the mill dark, at times cliché

I got this one free and was intrigued by the plot. but the whole book I only had the thought "This meeting could have been an email". the author is dragging every sentence for miles. repeating everything twice or thrice as if she intended to write a poem. As if she tried to squeeze in as many adjectives as she can think of. but this is a book. and its so so tiring. would I have payed for this, I had it returned and not bothered to finish it. I was hoping the story would gain some momentum but it never did.

the female narrators did her best but she couldn't cover up the bad writing. the male narrator only had one chapter close to the end and he was okish.

sadly I'll never know the end of this story as I would rather rip my hair out, one by one, before I listen to more repetitive bs in the next book. no thanks.
