This series is quite interesting, lot of spicy scene and a great storyline- however, some parts are not making so much sense or it would have been nice to get more in depth with the characters and their healing.
The performance is amazing! Really love the voices !!

Teil 1 dieser legendären Reihe. Die beiden Charaktere sind unterhaltsam und haben gewisse tiefe. Liebe die wechselnden Sichtweisen so sehr. Spannende storyline , mit spice und Drama. Achtung Herzschmerzpotential.

The male narrator has a speech impediment, why he has been given a job as a narrator is beyond me, one can hear that he cant speak properly due to his jaw alignment, it was so hard for me to listen to it its horrible. The female names Pronunciation is ridiculously bad. Absolutely bad, embarrassing even. Pronounciation is horrible that males Malish is said asl Molish and Roman is called repeatedly Raman. Absolute horror

Kurzweilige Unterhaltung. zum Ende hin passiert viel auf einmal. Schade das da nicht mehr draus gemacht wurde. Die Sprecher sind super

It was my first time listening to one of Neva Altaj's books and I went into it with little expectations... and ended up liking it much more than I thought I would! Now that I've finished this first one in the series, I'll actually move on and get the next one.
The story is a little spicy, not excessively; Nina has a strong personality and doesn't let herself be intimidated by Roman, and Roman is just the right amount of sweet to work well with this hard, tattooed mafia-boss exterior.
[spoiler warning!] The one star I'm deducting for the story is for the - in my opinion - unnecessary pregnancy announcement in one of the very last sentences. It felt too much like "ooh let's throw that trope in there just for the hell of it" *eye roll *
The one star I'm deducting for the narrators is (like another person has mentioned in the ratings as well) because the female narrator just could NOT decide on one single pronunciation of Roman's name and stick with it.

Liked it much more than I thought I would!
