In the highly anticipated sequel to The Wolf King, this sizzling romantasy—perfect for fans of enemies to lovers, shifters, forbidden romance, villains you love to hate (or maybe just love!), and werewolves—Aurora is caught between powerful alphas as they fight for the Wolf Throne, all while darker forces begin to rise…

“Let me have you. Just once. Please.”

Aurora may have survived the Wolf King, but his bite marks her skin. In accordance with wolf law, that makes her his property. Now, he wants her back.

To beat him and take his throne, Aurora and Callum must form a dangerous alliance with one of the most feared Wolves in the Kingdom, Blake. He is their enemy, but he has entangled his life with Aurora’s—meaning she cannot harm him without forfeiting her own life.

As she fights to break their connection, she suspects Blake is keeping secrets about a dark power that rises in the north, and the unsettling nature of the bond between them. It seems there is a bigger game at play than who sits on the Wolf Throne—one that threatens both the Kingdom of Wolves, and the Kingdom of Men.

With her wolf awakening, enemies closing in, relationships tested, and secrets revealed—Aurora may be the only one who can stop an ancient evil from rising.

If she can figure out who to trust.

If she can figure out where she, and her heart, belong.

If she can stay alive. Fantasy Fantasy Romance Paranormal Paranormal & Urban Fantasy

I love the plot, it‘s intriguing, and the story keeps on developing and surprises. The characters are imperfect which makes them more relatable, however, I did have a hard time with Aurora. The first book was fitting with her thinking and behavior understandable, but in this book she is somewhat entitled, whinny, narrow minded and veeery narcissistic. Also, her mental dialogue is exaggeratedly repetitive which made me loose patience. On the other hand, I think my impression of her would have been better if I would have read the book instead of listening to it. I think Zara (the narrator) is good but brings a lot of emotion without pause and that does not fit the character truly as she is supposed to be trained in composing herself well. I would have loved to hear that. And the heightened emotions to appear in selected scenes.
Bottom line, love the plot, the male performances are great but I hope for changes in Aurora in the 3rd book.

Intriguing story but I wish for more character growth in Aurora

Love the story and love the narrators, they make it so captivating it’s impossible to put it down. I think I’ve listened to both books at least 5times now, I keep coming back to them because they are just so good! One of my favourites for sure :)

10/10 no notes

Wow! I inhaled this within 2 days - while I was cooking, driving… 👍 it was just too good. For me, the Voices were a Perfect Match, all three of them.. Callums Deep Thunder Voice goes through every bone and Blake, puhhhh! No words for the softness. I dont know how to survive until Book 3 Release 😂 this is outstanding Entertainment

Brilliant!
