I can’t understand why someone gave the performance a bad review. This narrator is wonderful! He switches to unique voices effortlessly and is a pleasure to listen to. The story is unique and entertaining. The characters are well developed. I can absolutely recommend this title.

Entertaining and Smart

Die Geschichte hat keinen besonders klugen, aber auch keinen richtig schlechten Plot, klischeehafte 50iger Jahre Figuren und der Vorleser liest den Text in einem Duktus, der mit dem Sinn des Gelesenen nichts zu tun hat. Das nervt und lässt einen schnell aus der Handlung aussteigen. Leider wird man für’s Durchhalten nicht mit einem guten Twist am Ende belohnt. Insgesamt etwas nervig und fad.
