After a couple of chapters I actually thought that I knew how it would end and I steeled myself for the expected boring conclusion. But boy was I wrong .
The book has a lot more depth than I expected and I can't wait for the story to continue.

Surprisingly good

All that throat-clearing is really annoying: Each and every character clears their throat excessively. Why? Do they suffer from heart-burn? Is there something wrong with their vocal cords? We will never know.
Talking of characters: They are as flat as the palm of my outstretched hand, the story is predictable, the dialogues uninteresting and the setting somewhat forced.
All in all an excellent audiobook if you need some white noise to fall asleep.
