The storyline is good and surprising. I listened to the entire audiobook in two days because I found the characters and their journey so engaging. I also liked the humor. I think if I’d read the book, I might have liked it even more. The narrator often didn’t really draw me in. There wasn’t enough emotion or variation in her voice. I also think the spicy part would have been better that way. I also think the spice could have been a bit more spicier. Seemed a bit standard. Overall, some scenes felt a bit rushed. Still, it’s a pretty good book! Like I said, I couldn’t stop listening.
