I really loved the development of the relationship between the two. It was slow but steady, not too much drama and I could relate to both women. I really LOVED Regan, though. She is so easily excited and funny and Lori Prince often finds the perfect tone to portray her. I definitely recommend this.

Seriously… double the length of many other romance books but so so worth it… takes its time to build a chemistry worth remembering and falling into ❤️

As every book from author Haley Cass “The snowball effect” was also a delight. And as always the narration by Lori Prince was the perfect addition to it all.

Long but still too short

Haley Cass and Lori Prince is my ultimate favorite combination.
At first I was a bit hesitant because I couldn’t imagine how it could play out naturally but I‘m glad I gave it a chance. Going in I wasn’t even fully expecting a romance to develop because I had pictured Reagan as straight from the main story. And knowing Haley Cass wrote it I was sure to have a great time listening anyway.

I really liked the way Emma and Reagan had an enemy to lovers development which didn’t feel rushed or unnatural.
Although it was quite the slow burn the story was interesting and made me laugh more than a few times.
