Dieses Buch entwertet die gesamte Serie
Was genau hätte man an The Core noch verbessern können?
Nahezu alle Charaktere leiden inzwischen am sog. "Mary Sue Problem". Sie könen alles mit Ihrer Magie lösen, es ist wirklich fast unerträglich zuzuhören.
Die Entwicklung des Hauptcharakters Arlen Bales ist absolut unrealistisch und überzeichnet, es ist nicht klar, woher er seine Weisheit gewonnen hat.
SPOILER: Am besten ist die Stelle, wo er seine Besitztümer im Angesicht einer evtl. tödlichen Mission verschenkt. Hier kommt dann noch ganz nebenbei heraus,d ass er auch noch mal eben nebenbei einer der reichsten Männer der "Welt" ist...
Echt bitter, wie man eine so stark gestartet

Der Sprecher hat eine angenehme Stimme.
Sie mochten dieses Buch nicht ... Haben Sie vielleicht irgendwelche rettenden Maßnahmen dafür?
Der "Niedergang" der Demon Cycle Serie beginnt eigentlich schon bei Band 3, im hier vorliegenden Band wird er nur vollendet. Insofern kann man eigentlich nichts mehr retten. Was sehr schade ist, die ersten beiden Bände sind wirklich erstklassig.

Tedious
With every book in the series, the story has slowed down more. This is the climax. Rarely did I have to fight boredom more. In the end, unlike me, I gave up. I do not know what, if anything, happened in the end and frankly, I do not care.

gripping Story
I really enjoyed the the series, which had me hooked in from the beginning. this last book of the five however, often seemed as if all loose knots in the plot were methodically ticked off. for the last great fights the main characters develope sheer superhuman trades, that made me, at times, feel like watching Dragonball.

Enttäuscht
Das Ende war wirklich enttäuschend. Ohne groß ins Detail gehen zu können um spoilerfrei zu bleiben, ich bin absolut enttäuscht. So müssen sich wohl die Game of Thrones Fans fühlen. Soviel Geschichtenstränge liegen gelassen, einfach unglaublich unbefriedigend.

Horrible conclusion..
This book ruined the whole series for me.. I wish I hadn't listened to this one..
Do yourselfs a favor and just skip this one.. Everything you could imagine would be a better ending.
Seriously I listened to the book a year ago and I'm still angry when I think about it.

Worst of the series
It was really hard to finish for me. I was bored 95% of the time only the very ending was decent. My advice is to not even start with these books but since this is the last one and you probalby have already listened to the rest, skip to the last chapters here because the rest is unintersting and you don't need it to get the ending.

Fulminantes Ende einer tollen Serie.
Der komplette Serie ist sehr unterhaltsam. Der Abschluss ist vielleicht etwas übertrieben schnell und passt nicht ganz zur guten Serie. Trotzdem sehr gute Unterhaltung!

fitting ending of a great story
great shit, I love the twists in the plot, I loved that this series was not the old same stuff fantasy books are nowadays made of, great characters, great development of those, and Colin mace, read that perfectly
