I got the audio book as an accompaniment to the actual book, and while the content is very valuable and helpful, this book is read in a very mechanical tone with almost zero adaptation to the spoken word, making it a hard experience to absorb, especially in sections with tabular information or long bullet point lists. The reader*literally* just read the book out loud.
