The concept and characters are good (some more than other's of course), the pacing and progression is also solid.
Despite the crazy situations and conflicts the Mc is in, his/her reaction are believable. The ability he/she has are potentially busted but have enough limitations and conditions, so that tension can exist.
The voice actor also does a good job.
All in all I am excited for the next book.

Not revolutionary, but pretty entertaining

50% of the story was quite entertaining and fun. The overall world building is good and characters have enough depth to feel relevant and believable.

On the other hand, there is a rather standard fantasy setting and story going on after the MC reaches the human settlement. Not much hive and swarm after that point.
More focus on the MC and his race would have been preferable.

Side note: The so called 'gender agenda' is negligible to not existent. The MC reacts to his new alien insect egg laying body as any other human would do (I assume) …
The Author tries to use he and she to distinguish between 'his' human mind and 'her' insect instincts in some chapters. I thought this was well written.

some 60/40 thing for me

An sich ok, aber man fragt sich an mehreren Stellen, ob der Autor 12 Jahre alt ist, zum Beispiel bei den häufigen Stellen, an denen der MC flucht, was zum fremdschämen ist.

Unterhaltsam aber teilweise kindisch

It's a book with high quality writing and a good voice actor.
The book is pretty unique as it doesn't leave out the dirty parts of reincarnating as an alien, like how the alien eggs are made...
The story is also pretty solid, nothing too unexpected but till with a twist here and there.
The character are realistic and evolve in a pleasant way throughout the book.

All in all I can really recommend giving it a read!
(Especially if you like fantasy and swarm behavior. )

Overall 6/10
The premise is great, which in itself gives it 2/2 points.
The authors writing skills are above tumblr fan-fiction, which warrants 1/3 points.
The speaker is enthusiastic enough to make the overall experience enjoyable, good work worth 2/3 points.
The establishing of the settings and world building is logical but all over the place, 1/2 points.

Left a good enough impression to make me intrigued about the sequel.

The premise of this story is very interesting and it has a promising start. But about half way through, it turns into a fairly standard tale about humans fighting against basic fantasy monsters like goblins and orcs, with a dash of medieval politics and intrigue. That in and of itself would be a good story, but it's not what I wanted or expected from this book.

By the end, the story has nearly completely abandoned its original premise. The fact that the protagonist is a hive queen becomes more of a side note that the actual theme of the story.

Its not a terrible story, but if you're expecting a book written from the unique perspective of an alien hive mind, you will be disappointed.

the Story has a good concept But the Story ist executed so poorly Boy reborn in female queenhive mind OK Not to Bad for Start But then He Starts struggeling with His identity and that would be OK If Not for the excessiv struggel is He a Boy or a Girl? Like i dont have a Problem with the thought ob itself But He is biggering ob it forever its overshadowing the while Story and ITS Like the Story ist about that aspect it makes the Story Boring awkward and is misplaced(in that amount ) in a Fantasy Story wrote a book about the Problem with genders But dont so a RPG with this AS Main STORY
