the psychological part is quite good, the part how to get the money and the income is just the same as almost everyone is telling - online marketing, build online business etc. the whole opportunities in excellent craftsmanship has been left aside, maybe because it is not the expertise of the authors, however I would expect that they figured it out and at least pointed towards it ...
