This audiobook tells the backstory of Jim Raynor, outlaw and rebel, through his childhood and his time in the Confederate military. The reader is excellent, adding character to each of the members of Jim's unit, and absolutely nailing Tychus' voice.


The story itself is simple, but fun and refreshingly low stakes. There are no world-ending evils to fight, but it's still a blast following Raynor on the path that wild eventually make him the man he is.
