Much more action than in the previous book of the series. Also the characters are becoming more believable than in the previous novel. Still, the author seems not to get to grips with the Giselle character. And throwing in reference after reference to other fantasy and science fiction series happens too frequently in Contemporary literature - by some other authors too - so it gets boring. 🥱
