It's another great atory from Craig Alanson. And the narration by r.c Bray was on point as usual. By now i am really emotionaly involved with all the characters and it's always a good laugh when Nerd gets something wrong/right. Thank you for another great book and can't wait to listen to valcyre (book9) and will be waiting for more after that!!! Might check out the ascendet series because i really enjoy Mr. Alanson's writing style

Having enjoyed all of the expeditionary force series, I thought that unfortunately the fun is now over. But not so - hear this!

Alle haben eine Agenda, oder mehrere, oder eine Teilgruppe hat eine eigene...
Die Handlung entwickelt sich langsam, aber dann immer wieder mit mehr oder weniger überraschenden Wendungen.
Das diese Mission nicht ganz Koscher ist, kann man ja dem Titel entnehmen.
Sprecher Klasse wie immer, sehr gut auch für nicht Muttersprachler

An already interesting aspect of the skippyverse has been worked upon to deliver a very entertaining opening to a new trilogy. Well Done.

Craig Alanson stepped up his game with this one

Good writing and narrating. But all Mavericks stories are quite different than those with Joe Bishop and his arrogant beercan.
Still fun to listen to, if you adapt your expectations.
