Über diesen Titel
In all the years that Adres Cavalerie has inhabited the Earth, he never thought he would discover his connection to the Prophesy within the Volkov alphas' stronghold.
As the oldest living vampire, Adres was also the strongest immortal of his time with abilities that surpassed comprehension. He was a warrior and guardian, a champion for the downtrodden and forgotten. His name was legendary, the brutal ways he killed notorious. But there was a secret to his madness that no one of this world understood.
Until his evil soul comes into contact with Macauley Volkov's righteous wolf.
"You may be a master at hiding your scent." The alpha dipped his head low and pressed his nose to Adres' temple, breaking through one of his impenetrable shields, "but, I smell the real you...vampire."
Adres has come to the White Mountain alphas to fulfill a duty and leave, but after one scent of the virtuous wolf he knew he wasn't going anywhere. The Prophesy led him to Macauley and his light.... Adres can't turn away from the only hope of freeing his cursed heart.
He had to find out who else he was and why fate has chosen someone as damaged as him to end the Prophesy.
Contains mature themes.

Then there is the very hard thing nobody seems to know how to do properly: communicate!!!
Sometimes they made me angry.
The narration is beautifully done.
Prophesies can be tricky...

*sigh*
Okay, so this was the last part of this trilogy and like all the other parts it unfortunately reads unfinished and rushed and the so-called plot only seems to be there so that the protagonists can find each other and have sex. (and sex and sex and sex and sex)
Also, in this last (!) volume, they suddenly started throwing around unfinished and unexplained lore, which made me slightly disgruntled. Suddenly there was talk of Titans, of a friendship between a Demi-God and a Titan, of Omega (!) fairies and fairies in general. Everything came out of nowhere and half-hearted explanations were thrown around just so the characters could quickly jump back into bed with each other. Tiring and also more than a shame.
The main antagonist, who has been the subject of the story since volume one (!), was (I listened to the audiobook) dealt with in 10 minutes and nothing was explained or rehashed. The battle was over so quickly that the tension that was tried to build up was gone so quickly that it seemed loveless.
In the end, of course, it’s all pink cotton candy and they live happily ever after and sperm is like liquid sunshine. Nice.
The story seems loveless
