It was really good until

Ms Briden recommended to take protein supplements in a vegan diet and that you need to eat meat and diary from goats to live healthy.
Sorry but she did her research not good enough on diets.
You can eat enough protein from legumes, beans, etc!
And it’s the same with every other Makro or Mikronutrient, you just need to inform yourself. Iodine you get in seaweed, omega-3 from walnuts, algae’s, linseeds.
Yes you have to supplement B12, but a lot of meateaters are insufficient in B12, too.
That is proven information.
Sad, because I liked the audiobook until this part came.
