If you have issues with dementia, however, this might be a hard read for you. The story deals respectfully with the topic and doesn't overdo it. I just caught myself thinking sometimes that I wouldn't go on with this book if it went any further. Never reached that point for me, though.
I don't want to spoil anything, just be prepared if this triggers you.
