A really refreshing-feeling and delightful story. Books usually give me a bit to feel my way into them but this one swept me away from the start. It’s quirky and warm, with characters that feel beautifully real, whether they are charming or antagonistic. I really enjoyed the reading in itself too. For me it fits the story and atmosphere well, and I’m so delighted that part 2 is out now as well.

Loved the characters, the overall story, the author's wit - and of course the dragon. Fitz is such a bundle of fiery joy :>
The performance is very good as well, it fits the setting and the main character. I'm very glad I found this audiobook and will recommend it to fellow fantasy enthusiasts with pleasure - thank you Quenby Olson + Zara Ramm and Team!
