Would bot recommend until another narration is availiable..

Ryan Holiday as a writer is amazing! Listening to him is just hard. It just feels uncomfortable to listen, may it be the pronunciation or breathing.
I'll buy the book.

Ive listened to this many, many times. it is soothing for me to listen to Ryans easy voice, each part is nicely told, i really like to wander in my thoughts thinking about how there were these people thousands of years ago who help me carve my mind, my thinking, my beeing today. overall fundamental and basic principles, thoughts, actions, theories. great work by Ryan Holiday.

The author is narrating his own book but its so monotonous its unbearable. The book contains unrelated short biographies of the stoics. Probably more for history nerds than for someone expecting practical stoic advice

One of the few audiobooks I could not finish. Narration is disengaging, story is loaded and learnings hidden. I’m very disappointed with this book.
