Stone's life wasn't easy too, but the reader/listener has to live with not knowing what happened to him, just like Cash did.
I liked this choice, I felt a sense of kinship with Cash. I started to think up what might have happened (and came close to what the author decided happened *yay*).
This book was very well narrated, I enjoyed listening a lot.
