Robin's New Year's resolution to change her eating habits is as unusual as she is. Unlike millions of other women, she isn't tempted by chocolate or junk food. She's a vampire, determined to fight her craving for a pint of O negative.

When she goes to an AA meeting, hoping for advice on fighting her addiction, she meets Alana, a woman who battles her own demons.

Perfect story to relax, laugh and feel with the protagonists strange love romance. (they are from different species, in a supernatural setting) but because of that it shows again that love is love!

This lesbian vampire love story is such a nice read, it's definitely on the light-hearted end of vampire fiction. It's lovingly gay, has some romantic moments and some adorable character development. Feel good all the way through with great messaging.

Spoilers ahead: It follows through the dynamic of a vampire that doesn't want to live like one, and a dschjinny that gave up their former life. In humanity they find common ground and both struggle with their new reality and their pasts with major themes of family drama and addiction. In focus though, is the love story and romance of both Robin and Alana, and their sweetness together is so heartwarming.

For a casual light-hearted read it's a big recommendation!
